Performing art, cultural acts, or behaviors that violate applicable laws or prevailing norms.

• Passport Biodata Page - validity min. 6 months

• The Recent Personal Photo

• The Latest 3-Month Bank Statement (Sponsorhip Company) / Personal, min. USD 2000

• Cooperation Agreement Contract between the Performer and the Event Organizer.
